To our customers, our small two-person family business works hard Monday - Friday in the effort to ship all parcels out the same or the next day. When this can not happen we will make the effort to email our customers letting them know about the delay.
However, the USPS post office we bring our parcels to is once again delaying the processing of First Class parcels. On March 23, 2021, we have documented 11 parcels we have shipped to customers on that day alone the 60084 facilities we ship from delayed moving these parcels into the system for five days. We have filed a complaint with the USPS as our shipping logs show all other first-class parcels also shipped 03/24, 03/25, 03/26, 03/27 were caught in this processing delayed original to the 60084 Facility.

We use a scan sheet the USPS requires us to present that includes the scanning of all the parcels we ship on a daily basis First Class and Priority Mail. Every parcel we ship should show accepted that same day. Apparently not at this facility.
All we can ask for is your patience. We will assist with every inquiry our customers have about the delay in receiving their orders, but please recognize the USPS problems of 2020 are not over and we have a bigger one between us and our customers.
