Shipping delay Monday, January 27, 2020

The software provider that generates our postage and maling label for all orders was updated Monday due to the USPS postage rate increase effective Sunday, January 26, 2020. The update caused a data conflict preventing us from generating maling labels for all USPS parcels. The problem was not resolved until after the USPS was closed locally for the business day. 

All pending parcels will be shipped today, Tuesday, January 28, 2020. Tracking numbers will be emailed when your parcel is packed for shipping.
