Shipping Policy


Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship in one or two business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. 

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

If you have a need for expedited services please place your order and call our office Toll-Free at 888-487-5253, or local at 1-847-277-9814 and request this service if you need your order in five business days or less. 

Address Errors: UPS charges an additional handling fee of $10.00 if the ship-to address is incomplete or inaccurate. Please make sure to include Apartment, Suite, or Floor numbers to properly address your package. This service charge will be identified and charged to customers making this error.

We are always working to control shipping costs if we are able to do this using a regional or flat rate box the savings will be credited to the customer account so it can be used during a future order. Customers can also request this amount be refunded back to their original payment source. 

Customers who do not create an account this amount will be refunded back to your payment source be that Paypal or a major credit card. If you do not see this credit applied to your account please inquire, this is a completely manual process and we are subject to processing delays and even human error making these credits. - Thank you!
