If your using an older computer with an outdated web browser the ability to check out and pay for your online purchases is going to require a newer level of security older web browser will not support after February 28, 2018. (Some merchant processing companies will be doing this change over March 31, 2018, but all will shortly so this update affects all online shopping this year.)

Customer Impact/Changes – As long as any customers or visitors to your website, solution or shopping cart are using modern/up-to-date browsers that support TLS 1.2, they will not encounter any errors during the readiness windows or after February 28, 2018.
Browser Recommendations - In support of TLS 1.2 updated browsers will be needed to avoid any impact or processing issues. Below are suggested browsers.
Internet Explorer (IE) - Version 11 of IE is recommended at it is the latest and newest version of IE. It is also recommended to be on at least Windows 7.
Lower versions of IE (8, 9, 10) do not support TLS 1.2 by default as manual changes are needed in your browser and OS settings to enable and are not recommended.

Edge - Edge is the default browser for Windows 10 and any version will support TLS 1.2 by default.
Chrome - Version 30 or higher is suggested but it is recommended to have the most up to date version installed.
Firefox - Version 27 or higher is suggested but it is recommended to have the most up to date version installed.
Safari - Version 7 or higher is suggested but it is recommended to have the most up to date version installed.
