This offer includes the Capital Plastics holder that is 100% new. the outer box could have signs of wear or stickers.  The screws have yellowed over the years but still, work. We are going to provide 4-Fresh screws with this offer. The cover layer is wrapped in white tissue paper and is secure in place below the coin panel with the screws. The holder ships in the original Capital Plastic Brown woodgrain gift box which could have friction wear or stains from old retail stickers.  

Assembly required Difficulty: Low, Please wash hands before assembly for best results.
