Condition: Proof, various amounts of tone have formed on these over the years.

No capsules, we have placed these into plastic sleeves and then clear flips. 
The excessive reflective surface of the proof strike causes the black that appears in the fields. The tone is either old contact spots or a milky haze from time and poor handling and/or storage.
