Die states diagnostics are also included. Leonard Albrecht published a list of die diagnostic photographs in 1983. This book contains many more photographs of diagnostics not published before and a few new die combinations which were not previously listed. A date-by-date analysis for the matte proof series is presented. Included for each year is an analysis of striking characteristics, surface characteristics, scarcity analysis, general comments, prices realized from Heritage auctions, current values, and certified population counts. All of this information being useful in collecting and understanding Lincoln cent matte proofs.

Website News 4/20/2011 If you are a regular visitor to Jake's Overstocked Wholesale Items page you may have noticed that the available items have been dwindling very fast. Part of this is due to the run-up in Silver prices. It wasn't that long ago we had quite a few B.U. rolls of Silver Dollars listed and slowly but surely all have been sold. Today, those same dollars have a melt value greather than what we sold most of them for. So, take another look at this page as I have loaded it up with quite a few items from a small estate we purchased recently.

They are all listed on our World Coin page, and very conservatively priced against today's CRAZY SILVER market. Even though the lot was rather large, over 250 ounces total of pure silver, we have limited quantities of some of the issues.
