Coin storage boxes are a convenient way to organize your collection for filing, storage or transporting. Most of our storage boxes will fit nicely into a safety deposit box with your coins snug inside for safekeeping.
With the exception of the Whitman 9" storage box for single 2" x 2" coins, and the Whitman 9" storage box for certified coins, both of which are made of rigid, durable polystyrene plastic, all other storage boxes featured on this page are made from a durable cardboard stock.
The 10" triple roll box for mini coin holders and10" and 14" double row boxes have the strongest overall construction. These three coin storage boxes are the ones most often used by professionals when transporting their coins too and from coin shows.

In addition to Coin Storage Boxes for protecting your coins you might also consider Silica Gel to eliminate any potential moisture problems. Keep this in mind, there is not much we can do about humidity. When the conditions are right it just naturally surrounds us. And when the humidity is high you are talking about a considerable amount of moisture in the air, and moisture can be harmful to your coin collection. Although we can not control the weather we can protect our coin storage areas against moisture with Silica Gel.
