Shipping Instructions and General Information
Check
all merchandise carefully and grade correctly. Please, do not send
coins not posted on our buy list!
Do not ship any coins that are damaged, discolored, corroded or otherwise undesirable unless you are shipping them at our Buy Prices for Culls. Accurate grading is absolutely essential!
Do
not ship any currency that has ink, stains, tears or tape on the notes.
Government
issued sets, Proof Sets, Mint Sets, Eisenhower Dollar, Modern Commemoratives
and American Eagle Bullion coins must be in the original Mint issued
package. Each set must including all package material and certificates
as issued by the U.S. Mint. Sets missing outer package material, cracked
cases or are in poor condition due to improper handing do not send.
Please secure and ship these items carefully, create buffer space
between the walls of the box and your sets. We are not responsible
for damage in transit.
Over
graded or problem items will be returned at senders expense.
When
shipping items be sure to package all merchandise securely, keep coins separated by date, grade, and mint mark and include
an itemized invoice that has all of the following information:
- Your
full name
- Your
mailing address including city, state and zip code
- Daytime
phone number
- E-mail
address
- Invoice
must include Quantity, Date/ Mint Mark, Description, Condition and
price of each item shipped.
Be
sure to insure your package for the estimated value based on our Buy
Prices. Lots sent to us with no itemized list will be bulk price purchased.
Call for appraisal service fees for undocumented lots sent to us for
purchase.
Payment
will be sent within 24 hours after inspection and review. Problem
lots or failure to provide the details requested will delay the processing
of your package.
We
reserve the rights to limit quantities. Please get approval from our
buyers before shipping larger lots of like items. All prices are subject
to market changes.
All buy prices quoted for type coins where we only show a date range are for common dates. Yes! we will pay more for rare and scarce dates within the series.
